- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This business doesn't deserve even 1 star. Complete negligence and a lack of veterinary knowledge caused my beautiful, 10 year old dachshund to lose his life here. The worst part being, we brought him to Frank, 3 weeks before he passed away. Unaware to My knowledge and unaware to this ignorant vet, he he had developed enemia. The advice from Frank, was "his lips are pale, give him some liver treats". Doint this, I made the terrible mistake trusting Frank. One that I will regret for the rest of my life. Three weeks later my sweet darling was off his food and his breathing was shallow. I took him to Frank, with COMPLETE trust (as we had trusted his false diagnosis 3 weeks prior) within 2 minutes as I live in banyo myself. As soon as I entered and frank looked at my boy, he said gravely "you're going to have to leave him here". And I never saw my baby alive again. I called 5 times to check the progress on my darling boy, but only received correspondence back at 12:15 notifying me of his death. He had 4 years at least left in him, not thanks to Frank. Frank has been in service with animals for many. many, years and on this day he failed my daschund. It is time he hangs up his coat. This is appalling and I've lost a forever friend.ZoeJune 09, 2017
